We are Missi and Robin and originally we lived in Rhode Island. Our husbands are retired Providence Firefighters.
When we first moved to The Villages, we were only here part time and found it difficult to maintain our homes from afar.
We are now full-time Villagers who want to help you maintain your home.

Exterior Inspection:
Ensure all entrances are secure; visual check for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft or damage; check outside hose bib for leaks, removal of newspaper, flyers, packages and other evidence of non-residency; visual inspection of the grounds and of the yard/landscaping.
Interior Inspection:
Inspect for signs of theft, vandalism, damage or other disturbances; check that all entryways and windows are secure; note any unusual odors; visual inspection of walls, ceilings, windows, tubs, showers for evidence of damage; check that thermostat is set at agreed upon temperature; check that refrigerator/freezers are working properly; visual check of HVAC system and hot water heater; flush all toilets and run all faucets.

If there are any issues, we will contact you instantly and assist you with solving the problem we discovered.
Frequency of services:
Weekly - $20 ($80 paid monthly)
Bi-Weekly - $35 ($70 paid monthly)
Monthly - $60
NOTE: We offer other services - such as getting basic groceries for your return, or being at your home for a delivery or repair person -for additional fees.
